Meetings are held every Wednesday at 6:00 pm. at our NSSB Information Center: 23-24, Baitul Aman Moshjid Complex, 7, Inner Circular Road, Motijheel, Dhaka-1000. Analysis of the activities of the previous weeks and the planning for the following week is done. The topics concerns – Membership confirmation, Participation of environmental Seminars or Rallys etc, Article and news confirmation and the publication of the Web-Magazines - ‘Nishorga' and `Nature Study’, HRD Training programs and their outputs etc.

A brief description of all kind of meetings are provided here below-

Weekly meeting -
It is held every Wednesday at 6:00 P.M. at our Information Center. Discussion on the activities of the previous week and planning for the following week are the main points of discussion. Along with that, the progress in the training, research, communication and information sectors are also discussed. The EC conducts it.

Monthly meeting -
It is held every last Thursday of a month at 6:00 PM. at the Information Center. It is an extended meeting of the weekly discussions comprising the EC, Corporate members, Filed work and Information Co-ordinators. The discussion concerns - Field Works, Rally, 'Environmental Day' observance, Training Programs, Publications (Website, Magazines, Wall Magazines, Handbills, Newsletters), Membership etc. The analysis of the activities of the previous month and planning for the following month are the main focus of these meetings.

Annual General Meeting -
The AGM is held every December on a given date. The annual report is submitted on the occasion with a biannual election (or selection) for the EC. This meeting is participated by all category of members including - Life members, General Members, Corporate Members, Donor Members and the previous EC. After an election (or selection), the hand over of the charges to the new EC is done in an extended meeting.

Special Meetings -
It is done anytime with a short notice in any predefined venue specially the HQ for a quick decision over a needful situation. The EC and the Directors participate in it.
