HRD Program under NSSB:

One of our regular HRD features of NSSB is that, it is dedicated to train its members and other interested people with a target to develop them as good Field Workers, Bird Watchers, Nature Photographers, Nature Journalists and Office Workers. With a view to conduct training programs for any of the above, we notify with an ultimatimatum, so that all interested persons can enroll their names within time. A prescribed syllabus for each training is supplied to the trainees along with their Class schedules. The registration fees and number of classes vary according to the type of the training. We conduct our trainings round the year, and is open for any sex or age, with facilities for the office goers. All trainings under NSSB are conducted in our `Training room' with a capacity of 25. Any information regarding the trainings are notified on our Notice Board of the Information Center and in the Web - www.nishorga.com or, www.nssbd.org, in their notice menu.

The date, duration and registration of the trainings may vary according to the changed circumstances. Exams. follow each training with a result based on Grading system. Certificates are distributed among the desirable candidates with a GPA not less than -`B' (60%).
